Reseller questions

How is the discount counted?
On the number of servers currently active on your account at the moment of each charge. A server you are ordering right now counts from the next order or renewal after it becomes active.
Is there a public discount table?
No. Terms are agreed per reseller and are private to each account.
How am I billed for my customers' servers?
Monthly from your wallet at your cost price, whatever cycle your own customer chose. Keep the balance funded — a server whose renewal cannot be paid is deleted.
