Last updated: 19 October 2026
Not allowed
- Spam, bulk or unsolicited email.
- Malware, phishing or hosting stolen data.
- Denial-of-service attacks, or scanning and probing third-party networks.
- Cryptocurrency mining, unless we have authorized it in writing.
- Open public proxies, or reselling our services without written permission.
- Anything illegal.
Allowed
- A private VPN or proxy for your own devices.
- Websites, apps, bots, game servers, trading terminals and development work.
- Sending legitimate mail once port 25 has been opened for your server.
Port 25
Outgoing port 25 is blocked by default in every location. We open it on request through a ticket, on condition that it is used for legitimate sending. If it is used for spam or abuse, it is closed again and stays closed for the account permanently.
Enforcement
Violations can lead to suspension or termination without refund. Accounts that broke this policy are not covered by the 24-hour money-back guarantee.
